Sales Marketing Staff – Chemical Division

We are hiring for Sales Marketing Staff – Chemical Division at our Jakarta Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify potential new customers.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand the market for the company’s products.
• Introduce new products and identify opportunities to develop them into successful businesses.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a trading company.
• Good spoken and written English skills for business communication.
• Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage.
• Experience in cosmetic raw materials or food ingredients is also highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, quick to respond, and able to work efficiently and accurately.
• Willing to learn new things and explore opportunities for new products and businesses.
• Open-minded, adaptable, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic working environment.
